Terms of Services

TOS for Art Commissions and Second Life Photo Sessions

General for Art Commssions-PAYPAL only
-You must be over the age of 18 in order to commission me. It does not matter if it is SFW or NSFW. You MUST be 18+.
-You MUST fill out a form in order to successfully get an art piece from me.
-Once I look over the form, I will contact you.
-All Commissions are done DIGITALLY (if not stated otherwise).
-You will receive updates and progress until the final results.
-I prefer to use Discord as my main contact, however, my other socials can be used as well. Whatever the commissioner is most comfortable with.Updates include:Sketch
Changes to pose, additions or subtractions can be made within reason.
If there’s a background, then changes may also be made.Final Sketch
No more changes can be made to pose.Linework
Changes CAN NOT be made here. This is a courtesy updateColor
Please make sure that markings, colors, etc, are as they should be.Watermarked
This means that my watermark will be on the full scale of the art piece, to confirm the results with shade included.Final Piece
Full scale watermarks will be removed.I'll always keep in contact and let you know how progress is going. If something happens and I think or feel it may take longer for me to finish, then I will let you know.-My ETA varies between a few days, a week, or a month. PLEASE get a quote from me beforehand!
-All commissions and auctions must be paid for, in full, at least 24 hours after buying, before I start them.

General for Second Life Photo Sessions-Must be 18+ years of age.
-You MUST be a Second Life user in order to fill out the form.
-Payment will be done via Second Life currency, "Linden".
-Payment MUST be made before I start the photo session.
-You HAVE to be present during the whole photo session.
--->If you are not present then you will not get any photos.
--->I will not ask/accept any passwords to login for you.
--->You can not have someone else login for you.-Failure to be present at the scheduled time, may result in a cancellation of the photo session or added fees.
--->I will message you at the scheduled time as a reminder.
--->If I do not hear back from you within 15 mins after scheduled time/DM, then your photo session will be canceled.
--->If you need to reschedule then there will be a rescheduling fee of $300 Linden added onto the set price that is given.
--->If there is no explanation for lateness then there will be a late fee of $500 Linden onto the set price given.-You MUST be able to devote 2HRs+ to these photo sessions.
--->Depending on the backdrop set up, prop setup (if any), posing, lighting, and cooperation, photo sessions can range between 2 and 4 hours.-You MUST have a basic understanding of all your huds. Such as, body, facial, additional limbs (tails, arms, etc), and genitalia (if NSFW).
-Failure to cooperate or have a basic understanding of your huds can make these sessions last longer.-I do not mind using my own backdrops and props for these photo sessions, however I do require you to give me a theme or description of what kind of backdrop you wish to use.
-You may use your own backdrops/props if you wish. You will be given temporary rez rights on my parcel to rez what you need.
-I will NOT go to any landmarks. Photo sessions will take place on my parcel ONLY.-You MUST be attentive.
--->I may ask you to make adjustments to your huds or genitalia as needed.-Please make sure that you have everything you need (including the outfit) ready for the photo shoot beforehand.
-You will receive the edited photos either the day of or the day after the photo session is over.
-If you would like more photos, then you would have to pay the same amount for the same amount of photos/photo type.

My Characters/Avatars-My main sona will not be in any NSFW content
-If you wish to have one of my characters in an art piece, then please ask first.
-They will be treated as an extra character and the fees will apply.
-I will not offer them up unless otherwise stated.
-Only time you will see my main fursona/avatar in NSFW content is if its part of a YCH, with close friends, personal art/photos or with my husband.
-I ask that you respect my boudaries and decisions.
-Do not pressure or push me into using my characters for NSFW content.

Our Rights and What I Will Not Do-The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)!
-I have the right to upload the Commission to my galleries and use it for prints in artbooks, portfolios, etc.
-I have the right to refuse a Commission/Photo Session, if I dislike the topic/theme/character.
-Adult Commissions/Photo sessions (NSFW) are possible, but I refuse any extreme fetishes. If you are unsure about YOUR special desire, just ask.
-I have the right to refuse a commission or customer for whatever reason, but these are the things I WILL NOT draw:->No Gore, Cub, Scat, Watersports, Rape, and other extreme fetishes.
->No Macro, No Vore
->No feral NSFW
->No NFTs/AI
->My main sona/avatar will NOT be in any NSFW content
->No child-like avatars for SL Photo Sessions
-If you have any questions regarding these, please message me and ask.
-As the commissioner, you have the right to share and print your art piece for non-commercial use.

Crashing
(Second Life Photo Sessions Only)-In the event that you crash, I will not cancel our photo session.
-I will wait for you to return, but may need to reposition my camera.
-If you are unable to get back onto Second Life to finish the photo session, due to the crash, there will be NO reschedule fee and no cancellation.
-These things happen and sometimes it can’t be helped.
-We will reschedule for another time that best suits us.
-In the event that I crash, I will return as soon as I am able to and we can continue.
-If I am unable to get back onto Second Life, then we will reschedule for another time that best suits us.

Refunds-I will only do a full refund when I am unable to finish the art piece.
-If I am commissioned and started the sketch, but the commissioner needs a refund, I will refund 75%.
-If I am in the color/shade phase, I will refund 50%.
-If I am in the finishing phase, there will be no refund.-For Second Life Photo Sessions, there will be NO Refunds.

Multiple OCs/Gift Art-I will not draw more than 5 characters within a commission (YCHs not included).
-For Second Life Photo Sessions, I will not have more than 3 extra avatars per photo session.
-If there are multiple characters then I need the permission from the OC owner(s) in order to continue with the art piece.
-This is out of respect for the OC owner.
-I will also require their socials, so I may credit their OCs/Avatars.
-If this is a gift/surprise from the commissioner, then I am sorry, but I will still need the OC owner(s) approval.
